For convenience and less work for you - add a help feature or short tutorial with the most problem areas covered

Yes, I must do that and as a matter of fact I may even create separate site for this tool where to collect all the tutorials and help info, probably examples and so on. This tool becomes really popular in the last months so it is time for me to sit and organize better support for the users.

Why not add to the forum FAQs (frequently asked questions) and their solutions ?
Might help and save you answering some questions.
Also common solutions, particularily for IE.
